Generation of Weighting Triangles Associated with Aggregation Functions
نویسندگان
چکیده
In this work, we present several ways to obtain different types of weighting triangles, due to these types characterize some interesting properties of Extended Ordered Weighted Averaging operators, EOWA, and Extended Quasi–linear Weighted Mean, EQLWM, as well as of their reverse functions. We show that any quantifier determines an EOWA operator which is also an Extended Aggregation Function, EAF. Moreover, we present different results about generation of these functions by means of sequences and fractal structures. Finally, we introduce a degree of orness of a weighting triangle associated with an EOWA operator. After that, we mention some results on each class of triangle, considering each one of these triangles as triangles associated with their corresponding EOWA operator, and we calculate the orness of some interesting triangles.

Explaining Heterogeneity in Risk Preferences Using a Finite Mixture Model
This paper studies the effect of the space (distance) between lotteries' outcomes on risk-taking behavior and the shape of estimated utility and probability weighting functions. Previously investigated experimental data shows a significant space effect in the gain domain. As compared to low spaced lotteries, high spaced lotteries are associated with higher risk aversion for high probabilities o...
متن کاملSUPER- AND SUB-ADDITIVE ENVELOPES OF AGGREGATION FUNCTIONS: INTERPLAY BETWEEN LOCAL AND GLOBAL PROPERTIES, AND APPROXIMATION
Super- and sub-additive transformations of aggregation functions have been recently introduced by Greco, Mesiar, Rindone and v{S}ipeky [The superadditive and the subadditive transformations of integrals and aggregation functions, {it Fuzzy Sets and Systems} {bf 291} (2016), 40--53]. In this article we give a survey of the recent development regarding the existence of aggregation functions with ...
متن کاملON THE FUZZY SET THEORY AND AGGREGATION FUNCTIONS: HISTORY AND SOME RECENT ADVANCES
Several fuzzy connectives, including those proposed by Lotfi Zadeh, can be seen as linear extensions of the Boolean connectives from the scale ${0,1}$ into the scale $[0,1]$. We discuss these extensions, in particular, we focus on the dualities arising from the Boolean dualities. These dualities allow to transfer the results from some particular class of extended Boolean functions, e.g., from c...
متن کاملGeneralized mixture operators using weighting functions: A comparative study with WA and OWA
In the context of multiple attribute decision making, we present an aggregation scheme based on generalized mixture operators using weighting functions and we compare it with two standard aggregation methods: weighted averaging (WA) and ordered weighted averaging (OWA). Specifically, we consider linear and quadratic weight generating functions that penalize bad attribute performances and reward...
متن کاملAssessment of Weighting Functions Used in Oppermann Codes in Polyphase Pulse Compression Radars
Polyphase is a common class of pulse compression waveforms in the radar systems. Oppermann code is one of the used codes with polyphone pattern. After compression, this code has little tolerant against Doppler shift in addition to its high side lobe level. This indicates that the use of Oppermann code is an unsuitable scheme to radars applications. This paper shows that the use of amplitude wei...
